This session can show who they are at this stage of life.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
For portrait sessions, a $125 non-fundable retainer is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session upon the photographer’s approval. All remaining balances are due at the time of the session.
For event sessions, a $200 retainer is due to book and hold the date of your event and serves as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance is due at the time of the session, or within 24 hours of the event if the end time hasn’t been confirmed prior to the day of the event.
PAYMENT: All sessions and packages (plus taxes) can be paid via cash, check, venmo or zelle. Any uncleared check will have an additional charge of $35 to cover bank fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY: For portrait sessions, client forfeits their session retainer paid to book the session. As previously stated, the fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment 72 hours prior to the date of the session, and re-booking at an agreeable date and time. In the case of last minute changes due to extreme weather (if photographing outdoors) the photographer will work with client one time to reschedule or choose an indoor location at the photographer discretion.
For events, if for any reason the client cancels before the event date, the Photographer will keep the event retainer fee paid as a cancellation fee. Cancellation must be made in writing. However, if the client requests to change the event date, I will do my best to accommodate the change and no fee will be charged as long as the new date is available and within five months of the original event date. If I am not available for the new date, the original contract will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy.
If Eileen Molony Photography cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualty, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer.
